It is not a substitute for professional mental health care and is not intended for unguided trauma processing.

This app may be appropriate for:

  • building positive internal resources (calm, safety, comfort, wisdom, strength, etc.)
  • grounding and emotional regulation
  • therapist-recommended resourcing practice between sessions

Avoid using this app for:

  • self-directed trauma processing
  • situations where you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, dissociated, or at risk
  • replacing clinical care
