It is not a substitute for professional mental health care and is not intended for unguided trauma processing.
Appropriate use
Section titled “Appropriate use”This app may be appropriate for:
- building positive internal resources (calm, safety, comfort, wisdom, strength, etc.)
- grounding and emotional regulation
- therapist-recommended resourcing practice between sessions
Not appropriate for
Section titled “Not appropriate for”Avoid using this app for:
- self-directed trauma processing
- situations where you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, dissociated, or at risk
- replacing clinical care
If you are addressing trauma, PTSD, or intense distress, work with a qualified clinician and follow your therapist’s guidance.
